Big, bold and beautiful beersOver the years, we’ve developed an exceptional reputation for our barrel-aged beers. We meticulously source bourbon barrels from various regions across the globe and uses them to age our beers.What started as Imperial Stouts and our Once More Into The Fray series, we’ve developed and grown further to barrel aging whatever we think might be weird, wonderful, and delicious. From some of our much-love yearly releases like Peanut Butter Imperial Stout or Conductor’s Special Reserve Porter, to new and subversive rarely-before barrel aged styles.

Flavour To SavourAs one of the broadest ranging craft breweries in the country, we can’t skip past out extensive Mixed Culture program. It’s a true adventure in flavour, complexity, and experimentation. Using a blend of wild yeast strains, bacteria, and other microorganisms, the brewers at Deeds create beers that are both refreshing and full of character. As the beer ferments and ages in oak barrels, the flavours develop and evolve, creating unique taste profiles that are truly one-of-a-kind.
